Kanza Services has contracted to provide a Super Gang Surfacing Consist. The gang will include five 6700 Switch Production Tampers newly remanufactured at our Parsons, Kansas re-manufacturing facility. In addition to the Tampers the gang will include six new Knox Kershaw Model 850 Ballast Regulators.

This 6700 arrived at our shop the week of January 26th for a complete rebuild to new condition.

Kansas City Southern is having some of its Jackson 6700 Tampers re-manufactured at Kanza's shop. Machines will be completely stipped to the bare frame before being re-built to new condition with the electronics upgraded and several mechanical upgrades installed.
