  • Pump drive has been remanufactured and is ready for the new pumps to be installed.

  • New Cummins factory remanufactured engine is in place

  • Mount on front deck for oil cooler relocation

  • Machine will get several places repainted after all the new hardware is installed.

  • Front buggy loading system has been updated to current design. Reference system will also be updated to current length and design.

  • Cab has been re-installed on the main frame.

  • New workheads and jack frame are installed and plumbed into the system

  • Main frame has been re-hosed and is ready for installation of the operators cab

  • cab is painted and pre-wired prior to installation

  • New wiring harnesses are being plugged into main terminal box

  • New style buggy loading system is being applied to the remanufactured frame.

  • New wiring is routed into the cab junction box. All the new wiring is routed per the manufacturers original specifications so that machine matches available documentation.

  • Cab is being rewired prior to installation on the frame.

  • Frame in work bay ready for installation of new wiring and hoses.

  • Cab has been repainted and new wiring, glass and upholstery will be installed.

  • New hoses are being run in the area below where the remanufactured cab will set.
