  • Machine in final test prior to delivery

  • Machine prior to being dis-assembled for remanufacture.

  • Machine Dis-Assembly. The machine has to be completely stripped to the frame before re-manufacture can begin.

  • Before new paint is applied, the frame is sandblasted to bare metal.

  • New Paint on Frame

  • After frame was sanblasted it was repainted to factory new specifications.

  • Technician is connecting the wires in the front junction box. Our remanufactured machines have all new wiring.

  • New factory remanufactured Rear Drive Assembly ready for installation into the newly painted frame.

  • New workheads ready for installation into the frame.

  • All the rail follower wheels have been replaced with new ones.

  • New hydraulic hoses are in place and ready for the new workheads.

  • New Jackbeam has been completely remanufactured using all new components.

  • Front junction box showing new wiring. All the wiring on our remanufactured 6700's gets replaced.

  • Spacer buggy's have been completely rewired and have new wheels installed.

  • Week Seven, Cummins factory remanufactured tier II engine has been installed and is ready to go.

  • Week 8, Radiator has been remanufactured and installed by the Cummins Tier II Engine.

  • The front drive has been completely remanufactured with new bearings. The sprocket on the transmission and axle have been replaced with new parts and a new chain has been installed.

  • New Front Brake Chamber. We replace all the brake components with new.

  • New AC package ready for installation.

  • Oil Cooler has been re-located to front deck. When possible Kanza upgrades the machine to latest specifications. In this case the hydraulic oil stays cooler with this upgrade.

  • New workheads are installed and ready for testing.

  • Finished machine in final test before shipment to customer. Machine was sold to first customer who looked at it.
